Who We Are
Henrietta is the company founder and has a background in project management in the information technology sector. Companies she has provided consultancy services to include SA Land Management Corporation, SA Health, Institute Of Public Administration Australia, The State Library of South Australia, Sola Shop Australia, Ratbag (video Games), Philips Industries, Amdel Ltd (now Bureau Veritas Australia) , Balfours Ltd, Kimberley Clarke Australia, Codan Pty Ltd, SOLA Optical (now Carl Zeiss Australia) and Vision Systems Pty Ltd.
Henrietta is an experienced facilitator and trainer and with over 15 years experience in developing and delivery of training programs in leadership and project management. She has also provided leadership and project management training services for the InnovateSA fast growth clients. She has demonstrated her ability to relate effectively across a diverse range of backgrounds – she has run a project management training program successfully for over 15 years for the Workers Education Association of SA. She is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMS) practitioner and has a wide variety of experience in team development and facilitation.
Henrietta has a strong focus on process and people interaction, which she has combined successfully in many roles to bring about lasting improvements to both work and team operation, efficiency and morale.
She routinely receives the highest rating in training feedback, and more importantly in her role as a mentor, sees individuals and companies make lasting changes to their practices and behaviours.
Her contact with a wide range of business has strengthened her belief that equipping staff with skills and knowledge is more valuable than continual short-term intervention in times of overload and crises.

A specialist facilitator in the area of individual and organisational effectiveness, and leadership development, Audrey has worked with clients from a broad variety of industries in both the private and public sectors. She is an accredited Insights Discovery® Licensed Practitioner and has used these tools, along with a range of coaching principles to help many people take another step towards greater understanding of themselves, the people around them and how to adapt and connect more effectively. She works with her clients to explore how this deep understanding can positively impact relationships with others and improve effectiveness, in all aspects of life.
Audrey is also an experienced and accredited coach, NLP and Time Line™ practitioner, and facilitator. She works with her clients to discover and develop their untapped potential and deliver measurable and sustainable change. She has a reputation for delivering her workshops and seminars with passion, fun and energy and is completely focused on designing and facilitating her presentations with the client and message in mind. Whether in training or coaching sessions, with her compassionate and engaging style, Audrey challenges her clients to rethink what they believe is possible, regardless of the circumstances.
Audrey returned to Australia in 2005, having worked in the UK, Europe and North America for a number of years. During this time she worked for Diageo, the world’s leading premium Drinks Company, primarily in global project and program management roles. As the Global Training & Development Manager on a world-wide project for Diageo, her role encompassed the design, development, implementation and evaluation of a global training solution to complement the roll-out of SAP, PeopleSoft and other peripheral systems across all of Diageo’s major business units and markets.
Prior to working overseas, Audrey’s background was primarily in operations management, recruitment and training for the corporate sector in Australia.

Helena has 15 years experience in business and technology projects and training across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and now Adelaide. She has held roles in project management, change management, business analysis, training and management of contact centre teams.
Most recently, Helena worked for BHP Billiton on the Olympic Dam expansion project in Adelaide and before that managed the TRUenergy application transition as part of an outsourcing project in Melbourne. This involved managing the TRUenergy knowledge transfer and transition of 85 IT&C supported applications to offshore teams.
Helena is also currently the part-time project manager for a Department of Health and Ageing funded project for not for profit organisation Diabetes Counselling.
Passionate about both project management and adult education, Helena holds qualifications in both project management and training and is working towards completion of a Bachelor of Training and Development in 2013.
